Walk-in policy & hours

Do all locations accept walk-ins?
Yes. Every salon in the Requis Haircuts network accepts walk-ins during open hours, seven days a week, no appointment required. If you would rather reserve a time, online booking is available at every location.
How long is the typical wait?
Walk-in waits are typically 10–20 minutes on weekdays and 30–45 minutes on weekend afternoons. The fastest walk-ins are usually weekday evenings after 5 PM, when foot traffic drops. Saturday late-morning is usually the slowest period.
Are walk-in prices different from booked appointments?
No. Walk-in pricing matches online-booking pricing at every location. You never pay more for walking in.
Are salons open on Sundays?
Yes. Every salon in our network is open seven days a week, including Sundays. Sunday hours are typically shorter — most salons run 10 AM to 6 PM. The exact hours are listed on each salon page.
What if I get there and the salon is full?
Online check-in is supported at most locations — you can join the queue from home, see the estimated wait, and arrive when your turn is close. Each salon page links to its check-in option where available.

Pricing

How much does a haircut cost?
Pricing depends on the brand. SmartStyle adult cuts start at $22, kids at $18 — the most affordable option. Supercuts adult cuts start at $25, kids at $22. Cost Cutters adult cuts start at $28, kids at $20. Prices are current and listed on every salon page.
What is the cheapest brand?
SmartStyle is the most affordable, with adult cuts from $22 and kids from $18. SmartStyle salons are located inside Walmart, so you can grab a haircut while you shop. Cost Cutters is the next tier at $28 adult / $20 kids.
Do you offer senior haircuts?
Yes. Senior haircuts are available at every location. Pricing varies — typically $18–$25 depending on the brand. Some locations require ID at age 65+; check the specific salon page for details.
Do you offer color, beard trims, or styling?
Most locations offer cut, color, styling, treatments, and waxing services. Specific service availability varies by salon — see the services list on each salon page.
Are there hidden fees?
No hidden fees. The starting price on each salon page is the price for a standard adult or kids cut. Add-ons (shampoo, blow-dry, color) are quoted before the service begins. We do not surprise-charge.

Online booking

How do I book online?
Click any Book Now button on the site. You will be sent to the salon's booking system (Zenoti) where you pick a service, choose a time, and enter first name, last name, and phone number. No account, no password, no email required. Booking takes about 60 seconds.
Do I need an account to book?
No. Online booking through Zenoti requires only your first name, last name, and phone number. No account creation, no password, no email confirmation step.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Yes. Use the link in your booking confirmation text message to cancel or reschedule any time before your appointment. There is no cancellation fee for advance changes.
What if I'm running late?
Call the salon directly — every salon page lists the phone number. Most salons hold your spot for 10 minutes past your booked time. If you are running later than that, the salon may need to take the next walk-in and reschedule you.

Services & products

Do you offer men's, women's, and kids' haircuts?
Yes. Every location offers cuts for all ages and genders — men's classic cuts, fades, tapers, buzz cuts, crew cuts, pompadours, textured crops; women's trims, layers, long-layer cuts, bobs, pixies; kids' haircuts for children 12 and under with patient stylists trained for first haircuts and wiggly toddlers.
Do all locations offer hair color?
Most locations offer color services, but availability varies by salon. Color requires an extra appointment slot, so we recommend booking online rather than walking in for color. Check the services list on the specific salon page to confirm.
Do you sell hair-care products?
Yes. Most salons stock John Paul Mitchell Systems, Biolage, Matrix, Kenra Professional, American Crew, and other professional brands. Products are pickup-only at the salon — we do not ship online. Browse the products section to see what your local salon carries.

Reviews & ratings

Where do the star ratings come from?
Star ratings shown on salon pages are aggregated from public Google reviews for each location. Both the rating value and review count update periodically as new reviews are posted on Google. We do not edit, filter, or alter ratings before display — what you see is the live Google aggregate.
Can I leave a review on this site?
No, reviews are not posted directly on this site. To leave a review, visit the salon's Google Business Profile (the Google badge on each salon page links you there) or post on the salon's Facebook page.

Privacy & contact

How current is the information on this site?
Hours, prices, and stylist rosters are updated regularly — typically weekly. The authoritative source for hours and prices is always the salon itself. If you spot something wrong, please contact us and we will fix it.
Do you sell my information?
No. We use Google Analytics 4 in standard, anonymized configuration to understand which pages are useful. We do not run advertising pixels, do not sell information to third parties, and do not run remarketing. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Who do I contact about a billing or service issue?
Contact the specific salon directly — every salon page lists the phone number. For website issues or media requests, use the Contact page.
