Privacy Policy

Requis Haircuts ("we", "our", "us") operates this website as a directory of walk-in haircut salons we run under franchise agreement. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit, how we use it, and the choices you have. If anything is unclear, please contact us.
What we collect
Browsing the site does not require an account. We collect a small amount of standard web information automatically:
- Anonymous usage data — pages viewed, referring URL, approximate location (city/region) derived from IP, device type, and session timing. Collected via Google Analytics 4.
- Server logs — IP address, user-agent, and request timestamp, retained briefly by our hosting provider (Vercel) for security and abuse prevention.
- Cookies — a small number of first-party cookies for analytics and preferences. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking pixels.
What we do NOT collect
- We do not collect payment information. The Book Now button on every salon page sends you to Zenoti, the booking platform our salons use. Any personal information you enter there is governed by Zenoti's privacy policy and the salon's own practices, not ours.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third-party advertisers.
- We do not run remarketing pixels or behavioral ad networks on this site.
Online booking
Booking happens off-site at Zenoti. When you click Book Now, you are redirected to a Zenoti-hosted booking page operated for the salon you chose. The information you provide there (name, phone, optional email) goes directly to that salon's booking system. We do not see, store, or process that information.
Contact form
If you write to us through the contact page, we use the email and message you send only to reply to your request. We do not use it for marketing.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 in standard, anonymized configuration to understand which pages are useful and where the site is slow. IP addresses are anonymized before storage. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by enabling Do Not Track in your browser, which we honor.
Cookies
We use first-party cookies for analytics. You can clear or block these in your browser settings without affecting how the site works.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through our site, please contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Because we collect very little, most requests will return nothing beyond anonymous analytics aggregates. To exercise any right, write to us via the contact page.
California residents: we do not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA. EEA/UK residents: the lawful basis for our minimal processing is legitimate interest in operating and improving a public website.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be announced on this page.
